These terms and conditions are intended to only to guarantee the rights of customers, in accordance with the requirements of the Law Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act e-commerce.

"SELLER" means the websitewww.redfuryart.eu, and serves as a A virtual platform for the sale of works of art. The seller is the person with whom the User enters into a contract for distance sale of a specific painting (work of art) in the online store.

"USER" is a legally capable person, who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and the purchase of works of art offered in the online store.

"THE GALLERY" is the Internet sitewww.redfuryart.eu, which serves as a virtual platform for offering works of the art of selling and reaching an agreement between the SELLER and the USER for ordering and buying and selling a specific painting (a work of art).

"ORDER" is the one made by User request to the Gallery for the purchase of one or more specific works of art (paintings). The order is packed and sent by courier to an address specified in advance in the order by the User, after being approved by email or phone. Approval by email is done by sending an email (email) for confirmation. Approval by phone is done after a call from a gallery employee for confirmation.

"CONTRACT OF SALE" is contract concluded remotely through this site (the GALLERY) for purchase and sale of a work of art (painting) between the Seller and the Consumer.

3.1. In order to place an order to gallery, the User must indicate:

3.1.1.A valid address of its email;

3.1.2. Correctly filled in address for delivery and invoicing;

3.1.3.Completed contact details – Two names and a phone number.

3.2. The order is activated, i.e. is requested to the gallery by pressing the second button "Complete the order"- located after the delivery details and payment method.

3.3. In case of successful order, the User receives a confirmation at the email address specified by him. In the confirmation indicates the ordered painting (work of art), the order number, date and time at which it was placed. Confirmation by telephone is made for the first order or in case of need for additional information or clarification.

3.4. In the event that the ordered painting (work of art) is not available, the gallerist notifies User. If the User does not agree to be replaced with another painting (artwork), the order will be canceled.

3.5. Orders received without correct data of the buyer (User) or missing such, shall be canceled if the Seller does not receive the necessary information within 48 hours after the receipt of the order. Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to the inability to fulfill them.

4.3. Deliveries shall not be made in Sundays and public holidays, except under individually agreed conditions.

4.3.1. Orders shall be delivered in within 1-2 working days, but in rare cases a delay is possible, which will be specified upon confirmation of the order.

4.4. The Seller uses the courier company Econt Express for deliveries for orders from Bulgaria, Greece and Romania. For orders from abroad, Postal Services or DHL are used.

4.5. The delivery shall be made to a specified from the User's address or to an office of the courier company in the respective city.

4.6. Delivery of all orders over 150 BGN is free to anywhere in Bulgaria.

4.7. If the User does not provide access and conditions for transmitting the picture (the work of art) at the specified address or did not go to the specified office of the courier company to receive it on time, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

5.1. Payment of the ordered A painting (work of art) can be done in several ways.

5.1.1. "Cash on delivery" - payment in cash or with the courier's card upon delivery (only for Bulgaria);

5.1.2. Bank transfer to the account of Seller;

5.1.3. With a card online;

5.1.4. PayPal;

5.2. If a payment method is chosen – Bank transfer, the order is sent the next day after crediting the account to the Seller with the amount due.

5.3. For each ordered painting (work of art) the consumer must pay the price that is announced in the online store at the time of ordering.

6.1. The User has the right to claim or return of a painting purchased from the gallery (a work of art) within 14 days of receipt of the painting (the work of the art).

6.2. In case of withdrawal from the contract The user is obliged to return the purchased painting (work of art) in an undamaged form and with preserved integrity, as it was delivered.

6.3. In case of withdrawal from the contract, if The user has paid for the goods, he is refunded the amount paid for the returned painting (work of art), to a bank account specified by him within the time limit from 10 /ten/ days after return. If the latter is not returned within the time limit under p. 6.1, the withdrawal from the contract shall have no effect.

6.4. A claim shall be made when The purchased painting (work of art) does not correspond to what was agreed between the parties to the contract of sale. The discrepancy in the agreement between the Parties may refer to:

- impaired image integrity (the work of art);

- Wrong picture sent (work of art) other than the one ordered;

- non-compliance with the description of the the painting (the work of art);

- damage to the painting (work of art) during transportation.

6.8. In the case of substitution of works of art, the transport costs are at the expense of the User in both directions, unless the replacement was due to the fault of the gallery.

7.2. 8.1. Liability for deficiencies of the painting (work of art), for the execution of the contract of sale by distance, as well as for reimbursement of amounts paid, is borne by the Seller of the painting (the work of art). He is obliged to provide together with each a picture and a paper certificate of authenticity to help the User in the exercise of his rights.
